Inferior Product
The product quality is very inferior and the bands tore away when pulled slightly. I have tennis elbow and not able to pull the band with strength still two bands tore away. The product is very inferior quality.

Maintain it properly
Don't keep it, outside the provided package, it will become brittle. Bought it for around 250. Soft. Looks good. Expected resistance and grip. More than one year still it is working well with good maintenance.
