Bright and colourful but a few were damaged.
These were a decent buy. However the ly are flimsy...one time use only if that! Out of 2 sets 2 were damaged/ ripped so the hat couldn't be used! Didn't think there could be much to hats to factor in wastage but there you go. Lesson learnt. Wouldn't order again though.
