The units have a little red light that comes on when motion is detected, but that's it. No audible sound and no light. The critters just walk around them, and the squirrels even climb on them with no effect.Also, I ordered them on Oct. 12, and it took more than three weeks to be delivered. They were well packaged, but I didn't realize they would be shipped from China.If you want to try this type of product, I recommend just buying one from Home Depot or Lowes to see if it is effective.Very disappointed.
