Stretches your calves better than any exercise
After my Total knee replacement September 2023, Physical therapy made all of us use a slant board like this one. I decided to purchase my own and I'm very happy I did! Using my slant board every day along with my other stretches really helped control the pain in my calves. This slant board is well worth the money!

Quality product
Had to return the first order because someone dropped the package. Corners are very vulnerable to damage. The next one that arrived was in a different packaging that protected the contents.Very happy with it.
