Q: My new 6s 6000 pack has one cell that only charges to 3.78 volts maximum the second pack all cells charge to 4.2 volts how can I get this replaced?

If the Battery is new they should replace it. Try putting the battery on a balance only

No, it does not. Any good Lipo charger that can charge 6s batteries will do.

Q: Will these 6000mah packs fit in an Align 700X?

Yes! I’m using them in a T-Rex 700X. I’ve been using them over a year and they charge and balance perfect.
