Good insulated mug for the price. Thin top lip (which we wanted). Not as insulated as other higher priced brands, but keeps drinks hot or cold for a reasonably paced consumption.

These insulated cups are really cute and keep the coffee nice and warm. The only problem I find are the handles. They're thin and hard to grasp. Wishing the handles were sturdier and more ergonomic.

Mugs are well designed and have good pour. Lids take some pressure to put on and take off. The mouth opening allows for air to be squeezed out when you press the lid in. Mug is easy to handle with the handle and well balanced. The handle is stabbed into the mug and then welded. The joint points either were not sealed or not sealed well, because there are gaps, and dirt, grime, and water can get into the "wall" and it cannot be cleaned out. Joint points are an area for dirt to accumulate. Exterior coating chipped off when I don't even wash the mug since I only put water in it. The coating is just easily damaged. Already, I had some marks on the side, and one spot on the handle just plain chipped. It appears to just be plain stainless steel underneath, so it is still safe to use. Point of interest is there is a separate circular piece at the bottom as if it was supposed to be a set with a cup warmer or heater.

I like that it keeps beverages warm, however the lid does not come apart making it impossible to clean thoroughly causing gunk to build up under the slider mouthpiece and is a risk for bacteria. My lid broke after using it for 2 weeks. Not impressed. Do not recommend

The deep pink colour is gorgeous. Unfortunately this mug does not keep beverages hot. My coffee was warm at 30 minutes but certainly not hot. It was disappointing. The square handle is a little odd but would be great for someone with larger hands.
