For the price, this laptop gets a 5 star rating. Well, more like 4.5 but I couldn't give it that. It's a good sized laptop with a clear screen. It's pretty darn fast and it looks pretty sharp. Speakers are decent but not mind-blowing and for what it's worth, it has a camera, which is, again, passable, not mind-blowing. The keyboard on the one I got is more of a darker grey (it's advertised as ash grey, which I believe is a lighter color) but I actually like the darker keyboard better. Typing on the keyboard is pretty smooth too. It could use one or two more outlets on the sides though. You only get one USB Type-A port, one USB Type-C port and a headphone jack. Fine if you're more of a minimalist, but not ideal for multi-tasking work. Also, a little tip; When powering on, all you need to do is press the power button, NOT press and hold. I didn't realize that at first and thought initially that their was a problem. Just a piece of advice. Overall, it's a good laptop, at a fair price and should work well for the "Average Joe". I just got it, so the only question I have is, how long will it last? Hopefully it lasts me quite a while. But we'll see. I also got one of the recommended carrying cases for it, but that's another review for another time. Overall Rating: 4.5/5 stars.

Quality laptop. Preforms as expected.

Laptop works as well as you’d expect for something as cheap as this. A little slow on startup, but overall performance is good even multitasking several windows at once.

My kids use chrome books for homework, and so I bought this for my husband. It handles everything he needs to do online such as pay bills, check email, look at old cars on EBay, watch Netflix, and the like. We are very pleased with the ease of use and speed. We don’t care to play video games or create AI masterpieces, so this is perfect for us. The price was great as well.

I just needed something to do simple online tasks with and it's been great. I've had it for a few months now and here are a few things I've noticed:The keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the trackpad is responsive. The Chrome OS interface is user-friendly, and the integration with Google services is seamless. Which is great for Google users.The 14-inch HD display offers vibrant colors and sharp clarity. While it's not 4K, the graphics quality is more than sufficient for typical Chromebook tasks.One standout feature is the long battery life. I can go through a full day of use without worrying about plugging in, which has been amazing!While it performs well for everyday tasks like web browsing, email, and document editing, it may struggle with activities like video editing or running demanding applications.I'm rating this for how it has met my needs for everyday tasks which is why I'm giving it 5 stars.

DO NOT BUY DOESN'T WORK!!!Doesn't go pass the log in screenI tried logging in with my existing email that's on my phone verified 3 times and it wouldn't log inI tried making a new email from scratch just for the computer to no avail.Do not waste your money

I needed a device for personal use. This Chromebook has everything I need for private tutoring, emailing, home printing, shopping etc. It is light weight and holds a charge nicely.
