A great small fan. Good price, nice and quiet and pretty powerful. It's very light, so easy to move from room to room. Assembly was a little confusing but doable. Took about 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with this Russell Hobbs 12” desk fan. It’s lightweight, easy to move around, and provides a strong, cooling airflow. The fan is quiet enough for sleeping or working, and the different speed settings are useful. Excellent value for money and perfect for a bedroom or office. Highly recommended!

The fan was of decent quality, for £17 i cant complain too much. But its too loud and also there are only two settings which are too strong if the fan is close to your face (i keep it on a desk). So it should have a setting below the first for a slower quieter gentler breeze. The breeze it produces on its lowest setting is just too strong to keep on a desk near your face. Its also quite loud. But for £17, its a decent buy with a strong cooling effect and a side to side oscillation built in. EDIT: The fan is essential for hot weather, i relied on it heavily to keep me cool during a long heatwave. For £17 its a must buy due to great quality and performance. It is too loud though. I upgraged the rating to 4 stars due to the great price, but if it was over £18 i would keep it a 3 stars.

A really nice sturdy fan and nice quality, you can never go wrong with Russell Hobbs, the airflow is great and powerful just on the number 1 button. Putting it together was straight forward, I definitely recommend this fan for the hot weather!

Bought as a replacement for our old fan that finally broke after 30+ years of use. INCREDIBLY disappointed in the quality of this one. Horrid, flimsy plastic that is easily bent; the paint on the guards chip easily and exposes the metal; the whole thing wobbles all over the place; the angle doesn’t always stay where you want it; and it is just not very powerful. Our old one was heavy, durable and kept even our bigger rooms cool. This one can’t waft away a fart. So disappointed in Russell Hobbs. Their products are usually great but I’ll think twice when buying anything from them again. Not worth the money. Go to Lidl for the same thing.

Works well, little noise, gale force 3rd speed....only minor assembly problem, a tiny nut and bolt to fit on the casing, penny pinching, irritating, fortunately I had a tiny watchmaker pozidriver to finish the job. Otherwise all good.

I didn't expect that amount of sound from a small 9" fan. Very light. Both fan speeds vary on it's own. Nbr 1 is loud and nbr 2 is louder. Especially from Russell Hobbs ??? Sounds like a mini outboard motor. I've taken it apart and reassembled it again, following instructions very carefully. It works ok if you can put up with it but don't expect to use it in a bedroom and sleep. I'll put it in the kitchen out of the way. Tiny screw and nut on the cover is very difficult to align and screw together. The oscillation does 'work' but not smoothly and sometimes moves at a sensible speed then goes fast. For a Russell Hobbs I am disappointed. Could have bought one from a Chinese website instead for much less and probably got similar results.

I bought this fan during the start of the heatwave, not expecting much for the price. It arrived quickly, was easy to assemble & it is actually very quiet for its size! I was surprised how quiet it actually is & im shocked at how powerful it is too! Setting 3 makes my room icy cold, not even joking! Even keeping it on setting 1 gives me goosebumps! The air is so cold and breezy. If you’re thinking of getting this, just do it. I’m blown away. Literally!

AmXing little fan for a very reasonable price. I have it it on the lowest setting and can notice a huge difference in my therapy room. Very quiet also. Would definitely recommend thank you :)

A fan is a fan, it blows air, I get cool, not rocket science! Protective cage screw was missing this was annoying, not going to bother sending back a product over a missed screw !

It is well worth the money
