These Garden of Life Organics Women 40+ Gummy Vitamins check all the boxes for me. First, they actually taste good — more like a treat than a chore to take every day. I feel better overall since adding them to my routine, with more steady energy and a sense that I’m giving my body what it needs. I think they’re effective and I notice when I don’t have them. The texture isn’t bad & I feel like I actually digest these. I also really value the quality of the ingredients. They’re organic, non-GMO, vegan, and free from gluten, soy, and dairy — all things I look for when choosing supplements. The fact that they include methyl B12 along with vitamins C and D3 makes them a well-rounded daily multivitamin. The vitamin content is impressive but I haven’t noticed a difference in hair growth. I subscribe & save to help a little on cost, but I truly think they’re worth the price.

At first it tasted like medicine. Terrible. But now I like the flavor a lot. I take it every day but you have to take it with food. If I take it without food it gives me the runs. Sometimes I get this and the seal is open. Making the vitamins hard. Quality can sometimes be very off. I have it on a subscription. But when it’s sealed well, it’s super soft and tasty.

Well, this is my new favorite! I absolutely love the taste and am so happy with the ingredients. Very soft and easy to chew, I feel like I'm eating a very soft piece of fruit rather than a gummy candy. Love these vitamins!

If you can get past the terrible taste I’m sure these are great vitamins and you have to take 4 of them. The taste of vitamins is so dominate you can hardly taste berry flavor. They don’t smell good either. It’s understandable with all the vitamins that’s packed in it, I never gave it a thought. Being that this is a brand I trust for vitamins. I think next time I’ll just get the tablet, at least you only need to take one. The % is greater and it covers way more days.

Just bought another one today. I took the last vitamins in my other bottle. I'm glad they are chewable and taste great. I'm glad it is also Organic. Nice.

Highly recommended. I'm a vegetarian born with autoimmune disease and it is the only vitamin that supports my health. Flavor is okay, but when it comes to what works, who cares. Great product. Highly recommended.
