Tampax is best. 45 pieces but mind you it's for ultra flow. So like you buy it once like 1.5years. You only need 2-3 of these per pds.

Wenn starke Regelblutungen ein Thema für dich sind und du Tampons mit Applikator nutzt, kann ich die Tampax Ultra nur empfehlen. Für mich persönlich war dieser Tampon bei sehr starker Blutung ein echter Gamechanger. Ich hätte ihn mir schon viel früher gewünscht!

I’m not sure why these aren’t available in the UK—they really should be! While they’re on the pricier side, the peace of mind they offer makes them absolutely worth it. I wore one during a half marathon and felt reassured the entire time, unlike with typical supermarket alternatives that would’ve left me worrying throughout the run.

Absolutely the best. Biggest you’ll find for all my moms with natural births. They work the best out of any and the Ultra is great for moms who birthed through the birth canal. Vee easy to use, comfortable and smooth!
