Exactly what it says it is.
This is a high quality 1/4" by 4' chain with shackles on both ends. Exactly as advertised. This is a small chain as anchor chains go. It will lay flat on the bottom and help a smaller anchor achieve a good angle to set. It is adequate for a small boat, It isn't suitable for a 30' sailboat.

Good SS chain
Good stainless-steel chain. Shackles will not fit through the chain links which awas a slight problem since they also didn't fit through the eye on the anchor. Chain links, at least the end links should be larger, at least the end links.
