Reliable and consistent
Has worked quite well, I use IEMs in conjunction with these and it has worked very well. I have made calls with this adapter and it has worked really well and as advertised. Oftentimes i am in noisy environments as well as driving in a large, noisy 2ton flatbed truck. The Bluetooth connectivity has been excellent, it's easy to use and was simple to set up. I use this adapter primarily for my iPhone, but I have tested it with my MS Surface and works just as well.So far it has been compatible with every BT device I have thought of to connect it with. For $15-16 dollars it has held up really well. The audio with my IEMs has been clear and no real problems.

Love it for cycling, nice controls.
Cheap, works, easy to control, buttons easy to locate by feel. I use for cycling and haven't seen how long the batter lasts. I recharge after a couple of rides so I'm at about 3 hours use, not constant. I put a safety pin on my jersey and clip it right where I want it on my chest. The design makes it easy to use by feel. Will replace if I lose it.

This Adapter Accomplished The Goal I Set
⤷ Product Description: "Turned any Wired Earphones, Headphones, Wired Speakers into Wireless Ones!"Yep - This product does just that!⤷ Product Description: "Feature Bluetooth 4.1 + EDR allows Full-speed transmission and Low power consumption."I haven't any problems with battery life, or transmission. As far as sound, the quality matches that of the original Bose Bluetooth Command Module that came with my headphones.⤷ Product Description: "The simplest hands-free solution for calls and music"Yep - It's simple. For calls, I hook this up to my earbuds. Pairing with my phone was super easy.I purchased this Bluetooth Adapter alongside Wireless Conversion Kit to replace a broken command module for my Bose SoundLink Headphones. Together, they work perfectly.⤷ Product Description: "Big Buttons for play, track and volume and controls. Perfect for doing sports."They are big, but the device design is so streamlined that I personally cannot tactilely detect the lines between each button. In my experience, I'd recommend that you not expect to interact with the device without actually glancing at it to make sure you're hitting the button you want. As far as being perfect for doing sports, I'd say that depends on the chord length of whatever earbuds/headphones your connecting to. How I've assembled this works great at the gym -- I don't have any flowing chords to get tangled in equipment. I have also notice that the volume buttons are a little wonky. You have to press them with just the right "press/hold/release" timing in order to actually adjust the volume.⤷ Product Description: "Compatible with iPhones, iPad, iPod, Android smartphones, tablets and other Wireless enabled devices."I can confirm that it works with an Android phone. I have no reason to suspect it would not work with iOS, or Android tablets. I can however confirm that it does not consistently work with Roku Private Listening. Unfortunately, I've yet to determine if this is a defect in the Apekx Bluetooth Adapter or in the Roku Private Listening feature, or my phone ... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Works perfectly!
I’m using this with my iPhone 15 to listen to music with my Audio-Technica studio headphones. The sound quality is excellent and there is no other way to connect them. The pairing was simple. Great little device!

Cheap and works well!
Perfect for what I needed it for. Only thing is the battery does not give much time when warning when it is going to die

Fine for basics, but controls don't work and can't use headphone mic
While this product doesn't do everything they say it will, it provided the basic functionality I was looking for. I'm a fan of my non-lightening headphones. Dongles for my iphone were unreliable when it came to maintaining a connection; a strain would be put on the connection when you put it in your pocket, etc. This device solves that problem.Audio quality is fine. A loss in fidelity is always expected when using bluetooth of any sort (not just this product) and the sound quality is perfectly respectable for walking around. If you've used bluetooth headphones or speakers before, you won't have a problem with this. If you're an audio snob who spends thousands of dollars on a tube preamp for your home stereo turntable, why are you using bluetooth at all let alone the $15 option? Here are my pros and cons.Pros:- Small and lightweight- uncomplicated - pairing is pretty easy- CHEAPCons:- External mics are not supported. Despite what some reviews or comments may say, I have not been able to figure out a way to get this device to use anything other than the onboard pinhole microphone which is annoying. It took a few calls with people complaining about my audio quality before I figured out that it wasn't using my headphone mic. If you want to take a call with this, you'll need to clip it to your shirt collar.- Play/pause button work, but volume and track skip don't seem to. YMMV, but I haven't been able to skip tracks or adjust volume at least with spotify on my iphone SE. I can adjust volume with my phone controls which is fine, but it means that the phone needs to be accessible.- Device power up and pairing sounds are extremely loud. I guess it's a good thing that you'll be able to hear important alerts like this, but just make sure your headphones or earbuds aren't right on or in your ears when powering up or pairing.Overall, this device is a fantastic example of "You get what you pay for". I paid ~$15 for a thing that lets me use headphones I like with my iphone without having to use a dongle. I can start and stop music using the onboard controls and that's about it. Do I wish the other functions worked as advertised? Yes. Is this worth $15 anyways...maybe. While it looks like my cons outweigh the pros, the fact that it's so cheap is a pretty big win. I'm sure there are options that have all the bells and whistles, but if you're like me and just want to listen to music on old headphones you've grown to love, this is a perfectly fine solution.

Amazing little device
This device is AWESOME. I have an older Bose SoundDock that has a connection for an older iPod. I got this device hoping that I'd be able to use it to connect my iPhone 15 using Bluetooth….and it worked! It even came with the 3.5-millimeter aux cable to connect to the SoundDock. 🎶
