Great Product
This was my first time using this product, I have only used completely white mugs for sublimation until now. The colors look fantastic after sublimation. I had one mug come in chipped but customer service was wonderful. I will be ordering more! I do recommend this item.

Just ok…
Took a while to get the temp/time dialed in. When I closed my press on one of them the handle actually flew off! Scary.
