Great all rounder
I was optimistic buying this clip on Microphone for the wife to uses it on her you tube vlogs, and it performs quite well, sound is clear and crisp and place on the lapel region work very well for a budget device, I can honestly say that it is worth every penny.

Better audio.
I wanted better audio for a demonstration video and that means having a mic close to where you're talking from. Clipping this on to myself gives far better results than using an extra mic on the camera. Much less background noise, much clearer vocals. It's what you need when you're doing a talking video.
