Voyager Hover Flow Hoverboard Self Balancing Electric Scooter with LED Light Up Wheels and Headlights

I bought this for my son's Christmas, and he was super excited to ride it. He practiced and practiced until he got it on the first day. By the next day the salf-balancing function stopped working. My son was so disappointed 😞 I called and was given 1 option, to return it 🙄

Avoid this hoverboard like the plague. First one arrived in February as a birthday present for our 8yrld. Worked for about a half day and then stopped working. Spoke with Voyager and they said to send it back and then they will send back a new hoverboard. They sent a return label 24hrs later , did the whole re-box, tape it up, go down to FedEx routine. Around 12-14 business days later we received the same hoverboard, which was fine as long as it was working. NOPE same issues.Voyager customer service said to ship it back once more. They emailed another return label in 24hrs, did the whole box it, go down to FedEx, ship it back thing again. About a month passes and no replacement hoverboard. I call them, they say the are working on fixing a software glitch with the rebooted boards will ship out in about 3-4 more weeks. 5-6 weeks pass, tired of waiting and we were about to call Amazon last week, but before we could, the replacement hoverboard arrives on our doorstep. Fine hopefully this ends this mess and we finally have a new working hoverboard. Nope the thing is still broken and to my eyes it's likely the same board they keep returning.Voyager has spent more money shipping a non-functioning hoverboard back-and-forth then the darn thing costs to purchase such dunderheads. Don't buy this thing!

We purchased this hoverboard because we wanted a fun summer toy for our daughter. We saw a neighborhood kid riding around on one, and his parent recommended this brand. It did take several hours to fully charge the first time, but it held its charge for a long time. We recommend knee and elbow pads when first using because it is easy to lose balance and fall. The terrain needs to be relatively smooth, such as concrete or level asphalt because the wheels cannot handle bumps or rocks very well. My daughter really likes her hoverboard and we are happy with this purchase.

Do not buy this I repeat do not buy this , I got it for my son and he rode it 2 days the battery dies really fast , and after the second day of him riding it 1 side just quit working I contacted Amazon and the company and basically they can’t do nothing about it cause it wasn’t threw Amazon it self . The company said they couldn’t do nothing I’d I didn’t get insurance on it . Which I didn’t but didn’t expect it to quit working after the 2nd day of him riding it .

Awesome hover board my grandson has always wanted a hover board so I thought I would surprise him for his birthday with one this was priced right he loved the led lights great battery life any kid would love this hoverboard it would be a great gift

I don't like to write bad reviews but this is a terrible product. Our family bought two of these for birthdays, and each broke within a few hours. We did some better research and found that this is happening to many buyers. What happens is the first few hours of usage is fine, but at some point after perhaps 6 hours of intermittent use (yes, we charged it using manufacterer instructions etc), one side will stop working entirely. According to the youtube videos on this subject, it's the motherboard malfunctioning. Since we bought two and the same issue happened after the same number of hours using it has to be a manufacturer known default.Of course we were outside of the return period and the manufacturer will not help (yeah, they'll let you send it in for repairs but see reviews for how that has worked out - people never hear back and it is super expensive to ship, so you're out even more $$$). All we are asking is for them to send us a new motherboard so we can replace it but of course to no avail. Now we are left with not one but TWO broken hover boards and out the money.Terrible build quality, would advsise very strongly against buying this.

My daughter loved it for like 3 days. It's battery only lasted like half an hour, and took really long to charge. On like day 3 of playing on it, one side went dead and quit working. This is the second one of the voyager brand to break in the same way. Next time we will go with a different brand.
