I purchased this to use with my Biotar 58mm Lens and other M42 lenses on my new Canon R cameras. It works like a charm, especially with the EF to RF adapters, Just make sure you enable shoot with no lens in the settings to get started. Adapter works amazing, great quality.

It fits perfectly to the auto RE Auto Topcor 58mm f1.4 and to the Canon mount EOS-FX. No data transmission i.e. frame value, autofocus and stabilization. Aperture control is only manual using the lens frame dial. As per attached pics I use this device to couple my lens to a lens turbo adapter. The result is excellent!

At first i was skeptical, cause it was low cost. I was afraid of some bad refraction or chromatic aberration, but so far it seems to work perfectly !! I think for the price, this thing is really amazing !

Muy buena construcción para el precio, se ajusta muy bien tanto a la cámara como al lente, el elemento de cristal hace posible usar el enfoque a infinito en el lente, no veo que el cristal le reste calidad a la foto, al principio lo vi algo borroso pero fue detalle del lente, solo un arillo para activar la apertura y cierre del diafragma me parece excelente y que incluyera ambas tapas esta muy bien.

It is working superbly. It couples to autofocus and is empty in the middle, so no problems.Don't buy the cheapie without coupling or you can't stop it down.
