After unboxing it was great, I’ve used only to shot videos no actual cutting or usage after 2 to 3 days it started to get warped and bend, it’s not stable any more on the surface

I'm giving this item five stars even though it came damaged. I ordered this as a gift so it wasn't opened by the recipient within the return window, unfortunately. It was slightly warped and spins on the counter which feels unsafe. I contacted the seller hoping to exchange it, and after providing some information to them, they immediately issued a refund and gave me instructions on repairing the warp so we can still use it. It's a gorgeous cutting board and we are definitely going to try to repair it. It's so sturdy and looks lovely on the counter. I'm giving five stars for incredible customer service and would definitely buy from this seller again. They truly stand behind their products.

Beautiful board and very nice quality. It is super sturdy and very very heavy. We prefer to keep it out on display rather than putting it away into the cupboard because not only does it look great on the counter but also because it’s easier to grab when it’s out (it’s really heavy). I like how there’s a drip side for meats and juices on one side of the cutting board and then the other side is flat and smooth. If you’re looking for a sturdy cutting board, this one is for you!

The cutting board is beautiful but the one i received is really warped. There is a good 1 cm on one side if the other side touch the table. I have to put something under to reduce the movement.Update:Exceptional customer service.I contacted the seller and they gave me advice on how to straighten the board quickly and easily. It's now perfect.But that's not all. To apologize for the inconvenience, they sent me a new board and a container of wax to maintain it. I wasn't asking for so much, but it's reassuring to see that companies still care about customer satisfaction. I will definitely use this vendor for future purchases. Thank you for your dedication.

UPDATE:I received an email from Ziruma requesting to confirm my order number and my address to authenticate the purchase. And that’s all I did…A few days later I was surprised to find a replacement cutting board on my doorstep. I was confused so I looked back through my emails and I found a personalized email from Luis.The email outlined the problem, and he did WAY more than I would have expected. Not just saying this. It was THE BEST costumer appreciation I have gotten from ANY company.I will 100% buy from Ziruma again. Incredible. Thanks again Luis.Bought this for my wife for Christmas this year. She loved it and used it right away. Not even 24 Hrs after opening the box and removing from cellophane the board began to warp and crack. It got bad enough that it would spin like a top on the table. Looked it up and seems to be a common problem. I am assuming since Where I live there’s little moisture in the air it’s causing this issue.I emailed the company and advised them of the issue with no response. It’s the Christmas season, so I am sure they will respond when they come back to work.As for now I rotate the board every few days and it will warp the opposite direction correcting itself. But the constant warping back and forth has caused it to crack.I’m not going to send it back.. I’m sure a replacement would do the same thing. It’s still functional when it settles on the table and it’s spinning around. And despite the cracks, it still looks nice.Hope this helps someone.

Product was broken when it arrived.Updating my review- though the board originally came broken I was able to get a refund through Amazon. The seller (Ziruma) contacted me and sent a new cutting board free! The board came in great shape and looks great in the kitchen! Excellent customer service to right the problem. Would purchase from them again as they stand by their product.
