How do I Know which books of stamps are collectible and can't use for mailing and which stamps are current?

ALL stamps made by the post office from 1847 to present can be used for modern mailing. There is no expiration date on any. These stamps have a 22c denomination (all stamps are different) so you would need 2 of these and 11c more to mail one letter at today's rate

I want to use these as collection for my son's album. are they sticky on the back as in peel- and-stick? if yes- how would i place in album?

These stamps are not peel and stick. This pane of stamps is oversized, so I put my pane in a 12" x 12" memory book. I believe it fits in the 8.5" x 11" Lighthouse Vario one pocket page for stamp collecting. But you might have to fold it. I prefer not to fold the pane.
