Now the whole family has converted to lentil pasta because it's SO much better for you - and you never have to feel guilty about eating it. We have tried pretty much every lentil pasta out there and I think we all agree that this one is the best in terms of texture/flavor. You do have to get the cook time right but if you follow the instructions and test the noodles frequently you should be fine. I also find it helps to rinse with cool water or drizzle with oil after dumping it in the colander to prevent sticking.It's a shame to see that some people are giving it low rating just because they didn't cook it right and wound up with extra mushy pasta. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Bentilia is the perfect pasta product for me *by S***T on Reviewed in the United States on August 28, 2017* Bentilia is the perfect pasta product for me. It is a while clean food. So often gluten free products have ingredient lists of 20 or 30 unpronounceable additives but not Barilia. One product only and it's pure red lentils. My husband can't tell the difference in taste between it and whole grain pasta so that's a double plus. The only product I've ordered so far is the penne.
