Philips SonicarePower Flosser & Toothbrush System 7000, HX3921/40

I only have one outlet in the bathroom and ordered this because it holds both the toothbrush and flosser. Both work very well and doesn't take up much more space than just my Sonicare toothbrush. I really like that it has different modes and different levels so I can tailor to my needs, just as increasing/decreasing the pressure. The instructions are easy to follow. Even though I brush and floss everyday, I wanted something to get even more stuff from between my teeth and gums. My teeth/gums feel really clean.

This works great as both toothbrush and a water flosser. It's nice to have one thing to plug in as I only have two receptacles in the bathroom. Now I can plug in my hair dryer as well. Looks good too.

Using this combination has really helped my teeth health. I've used Waterpiks in the past but they were noisy and I never really liked using them. But the tip on this one sprays water in gentler and is quieter than I expected. The magnet mount that holds the pik is great as well. Comes with a travel charger for the brush, and carrying case. I bought some extra deep white cleaning heads. So far so good with this model and I'd recommend it. I did sync this to the app on my phone but personally dont use the app. The toothbrush will vibrate differently to let you know if you are applying too much pressure. Also while brushing, it will do a quick stop/start to let you know it's time to change to different area of your mouth to clean. This happens I think every 30 seconds.

Works as advertised. You feel exceptionally clean after using it. Only two problems:1) the reservoir leaks if it’s left filled overnight. Always make sure it’s completely empty when you’re not using it.2) the app is useless, and somehow changed the behavior of the brush (incidentally it only works with the brush, not the flosser). Deep Clean Cycle usually goes for 3 minutes, with beeps every 30 seconds to tell you to change sections. Super useful. I do my bottom-left molars, then my bottom-right, then top-right, top-left, then top incisors and canines, then finally bottom incisors and canines. However, when I tried pairing the cycle with the app, it reduced the cycle to 2 minutes, with only 20 seconds in between beeps. It was awkward, and I didn’t really feel I had completely cleaned each section by the time the buzzer went off.Ultimately, These are minor nitpicks in an otherwise great product.

Loved the product until it started leaking badly. Since I had this less than 1 year, I contacted Customer Support - 4 times over 6 weeks. Each time they promised a replacement, but when I checked back why it had not shipped, each time I got a different story and the same promise for an immediate replacement. But still no replacement and I think this is the worst customer support I have encountered. It been a huge waste of my time and energy and a total frustration. UPDATE - Still no replacement and yet another request for the same exact information I provided to the last person. Be forewarned - do not expect Philips to stand behind their warranty. They just give you the runaround.

Best combo. Water pike is powerful enough and water tank is big enough for one use without needing to refill it until next use. Sonic electric toothbrush is always my favorite! I usually wait until Costco on sale to buy the brushes.

This is my new replacement . My old one got tired so got a new and improved one I love that it is all in one and compact so it does not consume my small countertop area . It works so very well

So far the product has been working amazing for me for the last month. The water flosser did have an issue. But it was a very easy customer service call in and they are replacing it. They asked me to try minimal things to just make sure there were no easy fixes. And then got my information and allowed me to send and the Flosser to get my new one.Between the customer service and quick replacement and how well everything has worked for me. This is an easy five star.
