These vitamins actually taste pretty good for a multivitamin. And the price was a good value too. They are easy to chew. I take 2 in the evening before bed.

The Centrum Women’s Multivitamin Gummies are easy to take and easy on the stomach. I can't take the hard Centrum tablet vitamins as they upset my stomach after taking them, but I don't have that issue with these. The gummies are pleasant, aren't overly sweet, easy chewable and a good value. These vitamins aren't sticky and didn't come melted together like happens with some gummies. I feel that the vitamins are making a difference and they have a great overall formulation. Overall, highly recommend if looking for easy to take beneficial multivitamins.

I was feeling mildly depressed due to the winter blues and due to menopausal hormone fluctuations. Additionally, the last several months have been very stressful and I realized I had not been on a vitamin regimen for a good while. First of all I am a 53 year old woman who is going through menopause, I’ve had a botched bariatric surgery and am currently taking Zepbound. I had previously been taking Flintstone chewables for years since swallowing pills is difficult for me, but the taste was so bad and they made me nauseous every morning, so I finally decided to switch. These taste great, are easy to chew and swallow, I never get nauseous and I just got my most recent bloodwork back and all my vitamin and mineral levels were perfect. أول مره أجربه ..هو حلويات جلي فيتامينات.. فيه ريحة الفواكه الاستوائيه تجننن ومنعشه🥰😇..المشكله مش مكتوب الكمية اللي ناخذها يوميا يعني حبه ولا حبتين...المره الأولى اخذت ثلاث حبات طعمه لذيذ..لكن اعتقد غالبا إنه حبتين يوميا بمآ إنه مكتوب يكفي ل ٥٠ يوم ويحتوي على ١٠٠ حبه ...أنصح كل إمرأة فيه.
