A great habit to get into is to wake up, gulp 1 scoop of these EAAs in 16oz of water (the POG flavor is better than morning orange juice!) and do 30 minutes of cardio.

GET A FLAVORED VERSION!
No problem with the product's quality or effectiveness. Get a flavored version! The unflavored version is the nastiest tasting stuff in the universe, and it will ruin the flavor of anything you put it in. I gave up trying to mask it, and now I just mix it with a small amount of water and power through it -- like a child taking medicine :P

I got the unflavored myself and find its really not that bad. I mix it with OJ seems to dissolve fast and then I down it. Its not meant for a beverage, everything good taste bad most of the time.

Esenciales..son solo aminoácidos esenciales..Muy buen producto buen precio calidad..Sabor ..bueno es amargo es como moler pastillas y ponerlas en agua..el olor es como calcetines sucios...la única forma de tomarlo es ..con Aguá muy fría..muy fría ..y en medio de un entrenamiento intenso..con mucha sed..pues te lo tomas de una ..si eres malo para tomar remedios .. entonces no es para ti..
