After smoking cigarettes vaping dipping everything but chewing tobacco for a total of 14 years now I stopped cold turkey thanks to these to me the mint helped me a lot and it and cherry are the strongest flavors but they are all still amazing I recommend these to anybody I know wanting to quit I havent had any nicotine for almost a month now and dont get me wrong the first week was the hardest I was having nicotine withdrawls and yes that is a real thing but just put one of these in and go do something to take your mind off of wanting to hit a vape or smoke a cigarette this truly do work but it all starts with you wanting to stop if you truly want to just need a little boost buy these you wont be disappointed. Black cherry flavor is gross. They do not advertise it as having habanero flavor and they are very spicy. My fiancé does enjoy the winter mint flavor though.

I have tried this brand's Tropical flavor before and loved it. I wanted to try another flavor but didn't like the idea of a spicy or iced flavor. After looking at all of the options, this one didn't appear to be spicy so I bought it. Its a good thing I didn't buy the 4 pouches like I wanted to because it ended up being spicy and I had to spit it out after a few minutes. For people who enjoy spicy things, this is probably fine as its not super hot.

Bangin black cherry. Not bad, flavor is good and strong. Bad is i did not realize they were spicy so it has turned into a negative reinforcement more than a replacement for zyn.
