Worth the price
i am happy with the product overall working fine .we will need to buy a mattress on top of it.i have bought foam based orthopaedic mattress and goes well with bed.only thing i am not clear is how to contact the service centre and about procuring accessories.rest i am very much satisfied with the product

Comfortable bed with remote control
I give the 5 star for Doctor Dreams by Nilkamal Matrix Smart Remote Control Single Bed because bed is very comfortable with adjustable heights at both head and feet. It works with remote. Remote works with electric connection and battery also. My mother uses the bed and she is very happy with it as she can happily adjust the cot position by herself with the remote.

Complaint redressal
I purchased the product in February 24 and it is not working for the last three days. In spite of multiple calls and e-mails to Nilkamal customer support, I am yet to get a resolution. Bought this product for my back pain and acid reflux issues but now I have bigger headache trying to get it repaired.Please think twice before paying all that money

Use Custom foam for better contours
Bought the 78" X 60" Matrix Smart Adjustable Bed and very happy about it. It is sturdy and well built.I used 2nos 2" Centuary foam's Memory foam and sandwiched it with 2 Nos 2" Centuary foam's Super softy foam for mattress.I also bought a Amazon Brand - Solimo Water Resistant Premium Mattress Protector, 75x60 inches - Queen Bed Size, Beige to keep all together. No gluing no nothing, Simple as it is.. Just switch sides according to your comfort level.This helps in maintaining the contours of the adjustable bed as the foams are highly flexible.
