This has two concentric tubes, one larger than the ball diameter, the second inner one is smaller than the diameter of the ball so it won’t fit in. You are supposed to deftly unscrew the inner tube in your hand and partially withdraw the inner tube from the outer one so the ball drops in. In front of the audience. Without them seeing your sleight of hand. Then reassemble it and ask an audience member to push the ball into the tube. Which they can’t of course. I can’t do this with any subtlety. Magician I do not make!
