Handy, but won't quite replace a regular charger
I purchased this item for a recent trip to Sweden, so it's only had about a week's use at this point, but it functioned fine the entire trip. I chose it over cheaper alternatives because it has multiple USB-C plugs as well as one USB-A, and it was handy to be able to plug in multiple devices at once. In general, it did what I needed to do, but I was really glad that I also brought a regular PD charger that I could plug devices into. The charging output through the USB ports is pretty slow (even with just one device plugged in), so if you're using them while you're sleeping or otherwise have time to spare while charging, they work fine for that. However, if you want to be able to charge even remotely quickly (say, you have maybe an hour or two where your device can be plugged in), you will absolutely want a regular charger to plug into the front outlet. I also agree with other reviewers that the outlet on the side is going to be very difficult to use with the size of most plugs and how close it is to the wall. Don't count on being able to use it. But in my case, it worked out well enough where I could plug my devices into the USB ports at night while sleeping and then plug my regular charger in on the front outlet when I needed a faster charge--I actually didn't really need more than one outlet at a time. I normally take a European power strip with me when I travel to Europe, and I didn't end up needing it at all.

Fantastic Adapter for Southern Africa
I bought this adapter for a 2 week trip to South Africa, Zimbabwe, and eSwatini. It worked beautifully. It has 1 full U.S. plug socket with grounding , 1 2-prong U.S. socket, 1 USB-A, and 2 USB-C sockets. I carried multiple cameras, multiple phones, a laptop, earbuds, headphones, and an assortment of other small gadgets, and this adapter allowed me to charge them all with ease. The adapter held up well to being thrown into the bottom of backpacks, suitcases, tote bags, and just generally being handled roughly. After 2 weeks of daily use, there is no damage whatsoever. I highly recommend this product.

Worked like a charm.
Just plug it in. Next great idea - make an extension cord with correct plug on one end and multiple american outlets on the other end.

To big and bulky - Update to 5 stars
If you're just traveling to Europe I guess this will be ok, but if you're traveling to other countries and continents get the Anker Nano Travel Adapter, 5-Port Power Adapter. Its more compact and has all the plugs and ports you need. After my original review, I received a message from the seller offering a refund which was not necessary or required on their part. My review did not reflect poorly on the quality of the item nor it's usefulness. As stated, in my opinion this would be fine if one was only traveling to Europe. It's all you would need. The fact that the seller reached out to me and wanted to stand behind their product speaks very highly of them and they - if not the product - deserve 5 stars..

Slightly awkward to use with multiple outlets, otherwise fantastic
First off, this is a great little product, and I only have the one gripe, I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, but I cant. Generally speaking, it works great. The plus fit neatly, the American side works well, and the extra USB plugs are very useful for charging various phones, watches, battery packs etc, no connection issues. It worked like a charm. Only two things detracted. I wish the Australia plus was retractable, or folded in somehow. And I wish the plug wasnt so wide, and had USB slots on both sides. As it stands, using two of these with a normal double outlet is kinda tricky, both kinda fit, but you can only use the USB slot of one of them. We wound up using the bedside and the work table plugs, and that worked just fine (had two of them). I also wish I had thought to buy like 4 of these, instead of just two Overall, if you are traveling to Australia, get a handful of these, you will be glad you did

Did the trick in Ireland
Used these in Ireland. Note that these are outlet converters and NOT transformers. Its function is to convert from receptacle type in Ireland to US. The design is simple enough. The power outlet supplies 240V to the US outlet so anything you plug into the main power outlet needs to be listed for 120 or 240 volt use. If your device (whatever you plug in) is only listed for 120V then you could cause damage to the device. The USB outlets are good for anything that requires USB-A or C for power as those outlets are 12V DC power. It packed with our carryon and checked luggage with no issues. Safe to use provided you only plug into devices that are dual power listed. Most devices will list the voltage rating on the nameplate of the device or wherever you might find the device’s serial number.
