Absolutely worth it.
For 25.99 you cannot go wrong with these boards. Definitely a learning curve if you haven't rode a board this small though. If you skateboard I'm sure you'll pick it up quick. It's super comfortable imo once you get used to it. It goes over most cracks and pebbles are no match. Watch out for wood chips though lol, they'll slide with the wheels. I learned that the hard way. Of course the size is a huge plus for portability. This thing glides! They are really well made. I really do love it, now I'm interested in their otherboards.

A great little beginner skateboard for my 5-year-old.
A very solid, well made, beautiful, colorful skateboard that my 5-year-old son absolutely loves. He's got a long long way to go before he actually knows how to use it, but this skateboard can definitely take him all the way if he chooses to pursue it. Price is amazing. Highly recommended.

Exactly what I was looking for
I've had some experience riding a skateboard before so picking it up and getting comfortable with it only took me a couple minutes. While some may say it's a more challenging than the bigger boards, being able to master this board is very worth it because of the skill you'll build. Once you master riding this one, you'll be able to ride every other size very quickly. It doesn't always work the other way around. In that aspect, I would say if you've never skated before, starting out with this one may be the best thing you could do. You'll gain an advantage over anyone starting with a bigger board. The portability is unbeatable. I can ride this in busy cities, college campuses, parks, etc. It's small enough to fit in some backpacks and doesn't take up much space at all. 22 inches really ain't much!If you're worried about how much it can handle for it's size, I'm about 6 feet tall and weigh about 175 lbs, I've had no issues at all. It's also very durable, can take plenty of hits and crashes, and lasts for a while. Wheels and trucks are also easy to adjust. It's a very smooth ride, it goes over smaller bumps and pebbles easily, and it can go fairly fast. With practice, it's definitely possible to stabilize at higher speeds, but it's not the most ideal thing to ride on if you wanna go super fast down a hill. I'd suggest getting a bigger board if you're into that kind of thing. It's also quiet, which is nice, since I can ride it around my neighborhood at 2am haha. And my goodness, is it even more gorgeous in person. It's got everything I'm looking for, so for me, it's perfect.

Love this board
Love this board. It is so beautiful and study yet loose enough to carve and do turns. It goes straight. The wheels are big enough to go over a majority of the cracks city sidewalks (Brooklyn, NY). For reference, I am 34 yr old, 5’7, 125lbs and I was deciding between this size and a bigger size, but this was perfect- for portability and navigating between people/garbage/cracks/tree/leaves etc in busy streets. Perfect all around straight out of the box!
