My Honeybuns ate the whole bag!! I am very happy he did. I would cook with them. So he took the temptation away from me too make too much sweet stuff (I have never heard of such a thing!) product varies a bit from package to package, but the jumbo raisins are REALLY jumbo, and really sweet and flavorful.

I keep buying these because at least half the time, I get these HUGE jumbo raisins that taste divine. The last order were small and this happens more frequently than I would like. However, because I have been unable to find jumbo raisins as good as these I take the chance and buy them when I run out of the last bag. Even the small ones rank superior to anything you will find in the grocery store. If you do buy them and they aren’t to your satisfaction, customer service will usually refund you. I have done that in the distant past once or twice when they were really subpar. Lastly, it’s worth trying them since even when they aren’t as big as some of the ones I get, they are usually just fine. I like to buy in bulk because I make homemade raisin bread.

These were supposed to be jumbo black raisins. They were tiny and very dried out- smaller than ordinary Thompson raisins and almost crunchy. I’ve bought the same jumbo black raisins before from this seller they were delicious—huge and juicy. This last batch was totally different.

I have ordered these raisins several times. I go back to this seller because I have received in the past a larger and sweeter raisin than you get from the larger companies. But, that only occurs about half of the time. My original experience with this company led me to order over and over again. But the more recent orders have been a disappointment since the larger, better, and sweeter raisins were not in the package. So, this company gets a five star rating only once in a while. Thus, I give a 3 star rating.

My husband & extended family love the bread pudding, noodle pudding and rice pudding made with these wonderful raisins. They also make great snacks & are a tasty addition to salads. These raisins are head & shoulders above the supermarket boxed brands. Don't let the 5 pound bag put you off. Something as versatile as plump, delicious Jumbo Black Raisins will disappear before your eyes.

Are these the biggest raisins that I've ever eaten? No. Are they some of the tastiest raisins that I've ever eaten? A resounding "YES"! They have a deep and complex, almost wine-y flavor, excellent on my morning cereal and soon I'll find out how they are after soaking in sherry and baked in a rice pudding. I'm thinking that they're gonna be awesome!
