My physical therapists told me that your balance is always the last thing to come back after a serious injury like mine. I am ordering more DVDs featuring Curtis Adams because I like these so much. Would definitely recommend to any one that wants to work their abs but don't want to get on the floor to do that. Hoping I will like his other DVDs as much as this one.

Great for abs and balance

A great workout for us older people! So good that we started a chair aerobics at our church and meet twice weekly. YES!!!! Feeling the balance and energy!

So far, I enjoy using these videos. They definitely are perfect for beginners and it delivers what it says - easy exercise no matter what your level is. I have only used the first disc but will eventually work with the second disc once I have reached my goal with building up strength and stamina. I do recommend this set of videos for seniors, whether you can stand or have to sit in a chair. VERY EASY to follow! And the people in the video are not skinny, young people - Seniors are doing these exercises in the video. No "Barbie-dolls".

Good exercise DVD but no music
This is a good low impact exercise DVD, the presenters are lively and the exercises varied. Unfortunately, I need music when I exercise and there was no music.

Fabulous! A life saver!!!!
This man and his 2 cohorts are saints!!! Absolutely God Blessed! I am 67 and while not prone to falling yet, I have had 1 broken bone and I am taking this situation seriously. Changed my diet, exercise, total body awareness. I know where my feet are at all times. But then I was told CORE BODY MUSCLES are the main stay in not falling. And in that moment, this wonderful dvd appeared and these 3 marvelous people. The workouts are a bit of a challenge as I have not centered on core, more legs and arms. I find it thrilling and stimulating. I am hoping to build strength in core body which will help with falling because my balance will improve. And I just got dvd yesterday and I already love the workouts, so easy to follow, fast paced, yet not so challenging that I cannot keep up. This is fun, little challenging with5 and 6 pound weights, and wow!!! Feel so energized after!! Thank you folks! For being you!!!! Love the work outs and will buy more!!!!

Extremely helpful and easy enough for us seniors to exercise.
Curtis Adam's videos are amazing. My mom is 85, aunt age 80 and me 58 yes old. Find his videos so helpful for all of us, easy enough to exercise, Curtis is very clear and understandable. We have all benefited from his videos. I'm excited to get more of them. Thank you Curtis and we all feel Marshall wins the ab blast challenge. We love him!!

Great Workout Video
I have only been using this video for 5 workouts. I am a senior (82) and find the exercise not difficult but definitely not easy. Too early to see much improvement but I do notice a difference in some areas. Hoping for a trimmer waistline, we'll see.
