I picked these up for our SaluSpa because the built in edge just wasn’t comfortable for longer soaks, and these headrests made a surprisingly big difference. The padding is soft without feeling flimsy, and the adjustable strap actually keeps them in place instead of constantly sliding around like some cheaper spa pillows I’ve tried before. The mesh cover is a nice touch too. It dries quickly and doesn’t feel gross or waterlogged after using the hot tub several nights in a row. I also like that they’re easy to rinse off and seem well made overall. After a few weeks of use, the stitching and foam still look brand new. One thing I appreciated is that they sit at a good height for neck support without pushing your head too far forward. That made lounging in the tub much more relaxing during longer sessions. The Bestway pillows were purchased sometime back and are still in use. They are of good quality and very useful. The seems hold together on the damp environment of the spa and the pillows are constructed to dry out between using.

Nice to have and like the weighted tab that keeps pillow in place on side of spa but the cushion is very small and kinda "meh", so havent really used all that much after purchasing. A larger cushion would be more comfortable and make a major difference in using, especially to keep hair dry. Liked the low price so satisfied with purchase.

These are smaller than I thought they’d be but work perfectly. My husband is a big dude and he was able to use this perfectly.

Works well, as designed. Not really necessary for the hot tub I purchased but they do work. They are very light weight and fly off the tub in a strong wind!
