It really is a pice of junk.I purchased this item in May and the first thing that annoyed me was that the attachments would not stay on the dryer. I have curly hair and use the diffuser all the time and it would constantly fall off.The second thing I did not like was that the diffuser did not have holes in the base to evenly distribute the heat throughout my hair.I really wanted to buy a new dryer but didn't see the point when these were little annoyances. Thankfully it broke this morning, less than three months after the purchase.Also I found out after I purchased it a lot of the reviews were the same as on other dryers so make sure you look at the verified purchases when trying to decide whether or not to purchase this product. I recommend passing this on by.I have this product one star because there are not negative stars.UPDATE:I updated my review to 3 stars. I received an email from the vendor offering to send me another blow dryer. Package arrived on time and the box it came in was clean. I bought this because of the great reviews posted internationally from other online sellers. Got this through my Prime membership. For the value of the money I paid for, the quality is more than it's price. It dried my shoulder length coarse colored hair in 10 minutes tops! But it never irritated my scalp or toasted my hair. I also use this dryer's cool temp setting after I use hair treatments so I don't damage my hair with the heat. Although it takes a much longer time. However, I did notice a burnt plastic odor on my first use, this faded off with each succeeding use. The size and weight are also just right for my size 5 hands. It also doesn't heat up so much. I'd only have to see how long it will last. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good dryer *by L***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 3, 2017* The dryer size is fairly compact and comparable to my old dryer ( Infiniti Pro by Conair 1875 Watt Full Size Salon Performance AC Motor Styling Tool / Hair Dryer; Pink Ombre  ) The power output is about the same. The nozzles attach to the ends securely and haven't fallen off yet. I use the concentrator attachment the most and it is smaller than the concentrator attachment I am used to. Overall I would say this hair dryer rates about the same as other dryers at a slightly lower price point.
