I'm a 32-d to dd, it says that i should order a small, but that doesn't seem right... would a small squish my girls too much?

I wear a 32 DD. It is my true size and I can not wear this bra for running or anything high impact because it is not tight enough to keep my breast in place. I wish I got a small. My sister size is a 34D.

I'm a 34c should I get a bigger size? 36c?

They run pretty true to size. I am extremely happy with these. They have really comfortable stretch and I thought when I took them out of package that they would never fit, but when I put them on, they were just right. I would buy these bras again. Most comfortable ones I've owned.

Are the pads removable for laundering & if not, so, does the padding bunch up or would it be better to handwash in the sink?

They are SUPER easy to remove, and I definitely would take them out before you wash them. The pads (like in any padded type bra), are flimsy. I just sort of roll them up like a burrito, and tuck them back in the little slot, then straighten them out. Easy peasy.

WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?!

BEST SPORT BRA EVER. I’m approx 42c cup, sometimes the band digs in, so I got the Plus 2x. I put this on and ahhhh finally, a sport bra that fits perfectly in all the right places. It doesn’t dig, the band doesn’t roll up, my boobs don’t overflow. Most importantly, the straps don’t dig into my neck. Most sport bras feel so heavy on my neck and give me neck pain! I wasn’t sure about the pads, but they’re easily adjustable and don’t just wad up. I’d say it’s pretty true to size as well. I only got one just to try it out, most def will be ordering more. Seriously, most COMFORTABLE article of clothing that has ever held my girls lol.
