Really?!
Silly me. I am a lover of deeply intense coffee. I ordered these pods and plopped one in my machine only to have it soundly rejected. The red circle of death is never good. Then……. It can’t be returned. I am now much more educated. A whole new world of Professional Nespresso machines is lurking out there.

The product is good and in good condition, however the package arrived damaged and broken.

Damaged product. Why would you even send this to customers?
Obviously I thought I would be receiving a new box but the one I got is damaged and carelessly sealed with tape. Please tell me how this is acceptable?
