I love this slushy cup! All the various rings, lids, and tops are a bit much so here's my little hack: put white frozen core inside the colored, silicone outer cup, then put those into a venti-sized Starbucks plastic cup (sip-lid optional). I don't bother with any of the other parts. You can still squeeze, it gives a bit more stability, there's less drippy condensation, and the Starbucks cup provides some insulation so everything stays colder, longer. You're welcome :)

Just used for the first time, I figured this was going to be a disappointment, but it worked so fast, it was fun and easy. I used a hard seltzer and it was everything I hoped. Yum!

This is the worst product ever and a total waste of money. It simply does not work and is very messy. An adult cannot make it work so don’t even give it to children. They will be disappointed.

I bought two of these, one for each grandson. They work well but are flimsy and require my help or the kids will make a huge mess.

My daughter has high jacked my slushy cup. She uses juices, smoothies, sodas, sometimes just plain water to cool herself down these days. So easy to use and clean, an 11 year old can do it

I have another slushy maker from a different brand and I felt that the structure on this was more flimsy. The cost was good. They also provided cleaning brush which was great to ensure no residue remained in the straw. They also provided a stopper for any left over slushy that you were not able to finish. I left product in the freezer overnight but it still did not create a good slushy. The customer service was great and very responsive. They sent me a replacement right away. Unfortunately, the replacement was still wet in the box so I think it may have been used. I chose not to get a third replacement and opted for a refund. The company was very responsive is issuing the refund. Again - Great customer service.
