This product really helped me. My problem is that my foot length is a size 6.5 but my feet are very wide. I buy high heels that are too long for my foot in an attempt to make up for the width, as most heels are not available in wide width sizes. This leads to my feet slipping out of the shoe and they are impossible to walk in. These inserts help keep my foot from sliding forward in longer shoes, and make the shoes fit a little tighter, so that I can comfortably walk in shoes that are wide enough for my feet.

Comfortable and cushy, but after wearing them for a while, my feet would start to slip a little since they're silicone and since they have dots, it makes me feel like the little dots are stabbing me! They would feel comfortable though, in the beginning. I can take a little while in heels, like maybe 2 hours lol. They stick very good and they're very easy to take off.

Exactly what they're intended for. I use these in all of my heels. Being a tall & heavier (14/16) woman, wearing heels for any event or extended period of time can be excruciating by the end of the event. More so on the ball of your foot where most of your weight is distributed. These are cushion-y and prevent you from dying to rip your shoes off. They won't prevent sore feet, but they definitely help. They also stop against slipping when wearing higher heels. I don't recommend reusing them. I just buy the 2 packs and keep a back up on hand when/ if I purchase a new pair. It's a small price to pay for a little comfort and not be the girl in the gorgeous dress walking around in flip flops, or worse, no shoes...... Beauty doesn't have to be pain!

I had some open toe shoes and my toes came out so far they touched the ground. I put the gel ball in and no more toes on the ground! Better than anything I ever found in the store.

I'm putting these in all my shoes. I love the clear because they don't show. I can dance or stand around at a gallery opening or cocktail party without being in agony. They are also not so thick that they effect the fit of your shoe. They don't budge, either, and others I've bought have moved out of place.

This worked for metatarsal pain and was inexpensive. It was not too big (which can also cause pain). The negative for me was having to stick it on my foot and clean it each time. On the other hand, of all the various items I bought, this worked the best (along with Pedors orthotics) for some acute metatarsal pain. (The orthotics work for chronic pain.)

Works well enough for its purpose - if you're walking around and thinking "wow, my foot feels more tired than usual despite my using this particular product for the opposite effect?", give it a few adjustments in your shoe until that, you know, stops happening. It's not comfortable enough to just slap on and go, but it gets its job done

They weren't too thick yet not too thin either. I bought them to put on the foot sole of my brace that rubs the bottom of the ball of my foot. These worked better stuck to my foot than stuck to my brace lol. I was sad to notice the adhesive didn't stick for longer than a couple of uses. I didn't use them for what they were intended for lol if I had I could see them working well for their intended purpose. Only gripe is the adhesive doesn't last long.

Wearing for a week, lost the adhesive on back of cushion causing it moving back and forth.Coming off with feet when slipping feet out of shoes.I wouldn't buy or suggest any one to buy.

The ad says it come with 3 pairs. This is for one pair of shoes. :(
