Strong flavour
Nice texture and thickness but I do find it very ‘sharp’ or ‘tart’. Decent for cooking where you’ve got a strong load of flavours to cope with it but too much of it and it’ll overpower a dish!

In der Qualität kann es problemlos mit deutlich teureren Marken mithalten, ist jedoch preislich deutlich günstiger – ein großes Plus. Absolute Empfehlung!
