Simpeak Rugged Protective Case with Black Strap Bands Compatible with Apple Watch Series 3 Series 2 42mm

So far right out of the package it’s absolutely incredible quality. The fit of the band is perfect. Comfort wise so far is that it’s irritating a bit but that could be because I am not used to this kind and of band.

UPDATE: While my review of this product stands as written below, I want to acknowledge the FIVE STAR customer service of the Simpeak company, and have changed my headline for this review to reflect that. Not only did they answer in the comments section below, but they reached out via email, too, to try to make this right in whatever way works for me. And honestly, what more can you ask of a company? I think I'm going to test out a new kind of band from them see if that works as a replacement. As you can see from reviews here, there are many who love this band, so if you're on the fence based on my criticisms, you can feel confident that Simspeak will offer you a refund or replacement if you're not satisfied.ORIGINAL REVIEW: One of the great things about the Apple Watch is the ability to swap bands so easily, and I have found several inexpensive third party bands on Amazon with quality as good as you'd get from an Apple-branded band at MUCH higher prices. This Simspeak protective case, however, was definitely not one of them.This was my second purchase of an "armor" type case-band, and I posted a five star review for the first one. I then picked up this Simpeak band because it had a different look that I really liked, but from the moment I took it out of the box, its super light weight and what I can only describe as a cheap and junky feel in the hand made it immediately apparent that the quality here was quite different. Whereas my first armored case-band has a feel and flexibility closer to rubber, the band on the Simpeak is more like a stiffer plastic--something like what you'd expect on a cheap kid's watch--which doesn't feel that comfortable on the wrist and seems destined to crack in any kind of cold weather. In fact, I'd be hesitant to bend this band in half, even at room temperature, because it feels stiff enough to just crack. As for the case portion, there are parts of the plastic so thin at the back that you could literally tear the plastic with your fingers.I will say that once the watch was mounted, the look of it was as good as in the photos, but unfortunately, the pictures don't tell the whole story. So if you're looking for an armored case band for your Apple Watch, my advice is to look elsewhere. Product is as represented, and has a nice look. Appears to be very sturdy although ultimate durability can only be determined over time. The only apparent issue is the screen protector. When installed, sensitivity to touch is unaffected and seems to work well to shield the screen. However, the protector was hard to snap in place, requiring an uncomfortable amount of pressure to get it there. Once in place there remains a narrow opening between the protector and the case itself (see photo). This gives me some concern that dust, sand, or other minute bits of debris will eventually find their way into the case. This could potentially result in scratches to the watch face.itself.

I work in law enforcement and really pushed the limits on this wrist band. It lasted nearly two years before I finally broke it. Would buy again.

So, I Bought this watch band for my Apple Watch series 3. For the price tag, I figured it would be a LITTLE better then what I received. I honestly don’t know what I was expecting as far as the packaging is concerned. But it looked as if it came from some cheap surplus dead stock pile of bands that didn’t sale in whatever region they released it to before it got to me. It did come with a micro fiber cloth and two replacement screen protectors. However. Installing the the Apple Watch into the actual case proved to be a bit of a challenge. I saw a white sheet of paper in the box but didn’t think it was anything important. Side note. Think all pieces of paper are important lol. (I didn’t read the instructions (IF THERE WERE ANY) so the installation “COULD” have been easier. Who knows. The screen protectors are a pain to put on, and they don’t seem to be too secure. I’ve only had this product for about 5 hours so far, so I’ll do a review revisement after further usage. All in all; it’s an “OK” case. But I feel it could be, and feel a little more premium. That’s my two cents. Do with that what’s you will. Thanks.

The band actually exceeded expectations. I didnt realize it was going to come with multiple face covers/colors and I also didnt know the face protection actually has a full face clear screen guard.I thought it would be enough just to have the extra bevel to protect the face but I'm glad to have the screen guard. I'm guessing the screen guard is going to get dust build up over time so I may just remove it.I could take off a star because as a left-hander (wearing on the right wrist) , I'm not a fan of the extra band loop facing me as it catches on clothes and what not. Right handers prob never think of this as most watches are made for them. Most apple watch bands you can just flip around and its no big deal but since this is integrated with the case, that is not an option. I didn't deduct the star though because I knew what I was buying, sometimes I wear my watch on the other hand anyways.

I received my watch in a very timely fashion which is business as normal from amazon. I was very surprised when I got the band and case. Looking at it when I first received it I thought it seemed kinda cheap and uncomfortable looking. On the contrary it was very comfortable. It makes it look more like the G-Shock I had been wearing for many years. It will definitely provide the protection and I like the overall look of the band and cover. My only complaint is that with the built in screen protector the display on the watch is not as crisp as it once was. That is the only reason for the 4 star rating. I would definitely recommend this for everyday protection though. All around great product at an even better price. Thanks Simpeak.

I love the Apple watch 2 the way it is, I love being connected all the time, but always hesitate to wear it while doing some renovation project at home, or going outdoor hiking/bushcrafting.I have tried the Supcase Unicorn for a month, and while I was satisfied with the protection it offers, find it too bulky and had some problem with the look...band looked too tiny compared to the case, and I keep switching between the oem band and this one.Finally decided to try the Simpeak band...for the price, there is not so much to lose!The installation took less than 30 sec, the only difference with the Supcase is that you have to install a cover. Didn't like the way the "glass/plastic" screen protector look/feel and decided to remove it and snap it out...Cover still snap in place securely and easily without it. I installed a Spigen screen protector on it and it did a better job.The polymer/plastic is a bit softer then the Supcase, more similar to a G-Shock, in fact, the band look and feel a lot like the one on a G-Shock GD-100. It's more comfortable on the wrist than the Supcase in the long term.I love that Case/band for the way it looks and feels, for the protection it gives, and for the price! Could only recommend removing the glass protector for a better experience. The G-shock users out there will love that one!

Bought this for my 42 mm iwatch,so that I can use it at work where ordinarily it may get damaged.Fits nicely into the case and you slot the grey cover which has and integrated clear screen over the top.The strap has plenty of adjustments and fits well.The only issue that I've had is that the grey facia has popped loose on a few occasions when slightly snagged.Looking at it,the bottom left clip,this appears not to clip into the other section of the watch 100%.Its still fine,but be mindful.Overall,really happy and all of the features are accessible and the watch can be removed and replaced very easily.Hopefully,future revisions of the strap may look at making the clip in sections a little more robust to prevent the two parts unclipping.Still a good product though.

Una vera corazza per l'apple Watch. L'avevo preso proprio perché protegge l'orologio in modo uniforme da tutti i lati lasciando scoperta per ovvii motivi la parte sottostante che poggia sul polso. All'inizio tutto ok proteggeva benissimo da urti, graffi, acqua e quant'altro, ma una volta a settimana o anche ogni 2 settimane toglievo la cover per pulire meglio l'orologio e li mi sono accorto che praticamente la cover che avevo messo per evitare i graffi era lei stessa la causa dei graffi. Si perché la plastica/gomma di cui è composta è alquanto rigida quindi protegge bene ma allo stesso tempo al contatto con l'alluminio abbronzato dell'orologio mi stava togliendo il colore. La apple ha fatto un bel lavoro da ciofeca a fare l'apple watch cosi delicato e la simpeack non ha avuto l'accortezza di mettere all'interno della cover degli spessori di stoffa delicata per evitare i graffi. Adesso ho un paio di spigoli leggermente graffiati e la parte della corona sottostante, per intenderci quella dove stanno le scritte in circolo attorno al sensore dei battiti, che ha molte parti senza colore. Per la precisazione ho usato la cover su un Apple Watch di colore nero modello da 42mm il super classico con cinturino in silicone nero.Riassumendo cover si ma solo DOPO che l'avranno migliorata mettendo delle protezioni oppure cambiate materiale!!!Allego foto per capire meglio...i puntini bianchi che sembrano sabbia in realtà sono pezzi di colore volati via

Probabilmente il migliore case completo per il "MelaOrologio"!!Ho comprato tempo fa il case della Spinger, molto benfatto (sopratutto sulle uscite audio e sul microfono), ma devo dire che preferisco di gran lunga questo!!!Oltre ad uno schermo in pvc che preserva il vetro, ha un comodissimo cinturino in gomma ben fatto il che lo rendono più completo e comodo!! C'è chi indossandolo definisce quest articolo un giocattolo, ma è una questione di gusti, io lo trovo il più vicino ad un G-Shock ed è quello che volevo!!!I soli lati negativi che posso esporre (dopo un mese di utilizzo) sono:1) La parte del microfono e dell uscita audio non è ben rifinita.2) Indossato a fine inverno già mi suda il polso...figuriamoci in agosto!!!Per tutto il resto Consigliatissimo!!!

Like you, I often fall victim to the reviews/ratings on Amazon. This had 4 stars and a number of good reviews when I purchased it. I'll give you a genuine feedback to save you the trouble of wasting your time and money. The packaging is average but good enough to protect the product. It's nothing fancy. The product comes in a plastic sleeve to protect it from scratches. Packaging adequate.The watch strap and case itself are awful. The plastic is hard and not rubbery. It is the same quality you'd get from a cracker and I'm not trying to be comical. It looks and feels cheap. In comparison to reviews for similar products it is cheap... by about £60. Maybe I was being optimistic but this isn't worth £10. I'd generously put it more at the £5 mark and something you'd find down the 'market'. There is a plastic 'cover' over the front to 'protect' the watch face. It's practically tracing paper and won't protect it from landing on a small stone or corner of something. Quite frankly it'll only protect it from scratches but you're buying this to protect your watch entirely.Overall, massively disappointed. I've had a bad run of products on Amazon lately and seriously questioning buying elsewhere seeing how much money they make from me. They need to monitor the products to keep their standards higher.Update: I've asked for a refund and repackaged it ready to send on their instructions. They've asked me to unpackage it again, place it back on my watch and send them photos to help them improve the quality at their factory. This is a poor tactic to buy more time so the customer will eventually give up. Please don't ignore this and make sure you shop elsewhere.
