The bottom part of the bottle did not lock properly and all the boiling water fell over me giving me burns.I will not recommend this product to anyone.The infuser part is defective

The media could not be loaded. I had received this glass bottle in good condition but on second day when I was filling this bottle top portion automatically fell down. Very disappointed, not sure if this will be replaced?
