I bought this pillow to use for extra neck support in conjunction with my regular pillow. I love this pillow. It supports my neck perfectly and is very comfortable. I wake up with less neck pain. I only wish the cover that is made by the same company for this pillow was as good as the pillow. The cover is low quality and doesn't even fit the pillow.

Es muy cómoda de usar y transportar, hace los viajes en carro y/o avión más ligeros , incluso para sentarte a ver la tele funciona muy bien. El tamaño es ideal y da el soporte perfecto para mi cuello .

I don’t know how this has good reviews. It doesn’t come with any type of cover. It’s itchy, so expect to scratch your neck a lot. Hard to believe it’s a cotton shell. And there are huge tags are sewn in the side that can not be torn off with destroying it. So you have to cut them which just leaves behind some. Very disappointing that this is supposedly made in the USA. US people and companies should have higher standards!
