Hello, i purchased this item on october 9, 2019 and 1 wheel failed, bearings fell out. i need 1 wheel can you help me? thank you

This may not be a popular amazon answer but if you are looking for just a single wheel I would suggest to you to try going to either Harbor Freight or a big home center like Home Depot, Lowes, Menard's or something like a Blaine's Farm and Fleet. all of those places sell wheels 1 at a time.

I am a hairstylist and have to replace wheels often due to hair clogging the wheels. Would these be easy to remove clogged hair?

These wheels will definitely get clogged with hair. I've tried everything and the best way to clean hair is with heat that is well directed to protect the plastic wheels. I would suggest a butane torch. Do it outside or in a well ventilated area as the odor of burning hair is unpleasant.

Do these fit a steelcase v1 chair?

These wheels will fit 99% of the chairs that are sold at Office Depot or Staples. I know that may not be an answer to your question but if your chair currently has the standard wheels then these will fit.

Can these be removed once installed and used on a different chair?

I been trying to removed the wheels from an office chair I installed these into but maybe due to size and how the stems lock into the office chair, it might be permanent. These aren't easy to remove at all. Likely the stems are larger than the office chair.. maybe removable if you brute force em out with a crowbar or prybar..
