Way over priced! And the information is not anything that I already know. Too bad

great psoas resource
I'm just starting with the psoas work, and this book is very helpful in understanding the role of the psoas in moving your legs and stabilizing your lower spine. The imagery really enhances your ability to feel this muscle, which I know I rarely use, and the brain focus of the imagery keeps you from overdoing the exercises and using extra muscles. I feel satisfied with this book and am excited about feeling changes in my abs from strengthening my psoas. The book and the Franklin balls are pricey, but for the beginner exercises, you don't need the balls. I think it'll take me a while to get to the level of the exercise shown on the front cover. If you like the Franklin Method, you will love this book!

psoas integrating core book
The book is succinct. Goes over a variety of core techniques utilizing the balls. It's a good addition to a core program.

Good book for body strengthening
This is another good book to help visualize the core muscles and to understand how all these muscles work together to support the body. I have used Franklin's techniques and ball to great advantage, giving myself of great massage to relieve aches and pains and loosen knots in muscles.
