When I received the box it was missing 2 pieces, the seller was very responsive and shipped us the missing pieces. We can we’re able to build in a few hours. The cushions are 3 separate pieces, so I tied them together so they don’t come apart, that’s the only negative comment is you get space between the cushions if they are not tied together, otherwise it’s a very sturdy swing, love the see through top, protects the seat from rain but allows sun to come through, just what we wanted we may buy another for porch. Fits 2-3 adults comfortably

Very happy with the quality of this swing! Shipping was awesome! Not one mark of any damage! Swing assembly was easy, one hour with a helper and done!! If you are looking for a sturdy porch swing I highly recommend 😁

Great product. Customer service is a lacking. Didn’t receive some parts spoke with someone who asked if I checked multiple times. They did eventually send me the missing parts. I love the swing just wish they had better customer service, as they didn’t help me until I left a bad review. Hopefully they fix that. Easy to install.

Def needs more than 1 set of hands to assemble. Good diagrams, BOM marking and decent directions. Drawbacks - drink tray stabilizers are plastic and seem like they would easily break, so take care when extended in place to not put a lot of weight on them. Would appreciate indicator of front/back on swing seat for assembly.Sturdy, comfy, allows my feet to swing freely (I’m 5’6). Love that the cushions can be removed and covers washed. Haven’t installed the canopy yet due to high winds in the spring (we’re in OK), looking forward to seeing how it works.

Excellent Swing. I already have the umbrella for about 2 yrs already and now I have the matching swing. So worth it!!!! Good quality, not like the other ones. To assemble was not that hard. You just need to organize yourself, separate all the parts and read the diagrams and try to have patients. You will need a 2nd person for a few minutes at times. Perfect!!!! 😊

Absolutely love our new swing! It is better than expected. Purple Leaf took a lot of pride when this set was designed and built. All parts were included. It is very stable. We are using it to watch the fireflies!! Customer Service is perfect. They responded very quickly to questions and needed assistance. I highly recommend this unit.

The swing is great! It has metal base which provides more stability. Quality is exceptional. The only complain I have is with the assembly instructions. Wish they had more detailed steps rather than just pictures, it took 3 hours for 3 people to assemble as we screwed some parts incorrectly due to bare instructions. But the end product is great so no complains!
