I rated this a four because it didn’t come with a warranty card or statement in small manual. So kind of a gamble how long it will last.

This thing is powerful. Pick up wrinkles out of heavy canvas pants I would have kept this product had it not been for two flaws. First, let me say I’m writing this review in 2022 so I’m hoping this will be fixed. The heat of the steam is amazing so when that steam flows through the handle, the plastic heats up there needs to be some insulation between the plastic handle and the steam chamber within the head of the steamer. The second thing is there needs to be a better gasket between the hose and the head of the steamer, it would leak and drip scalding water. Thankfully I didn’t get burned like I had seen other images, but I could definitely see how that could have happened had it hit my wrist. It hit my pants and it was enough to definitely fill the heat penetrate and know that it was hot. I did have contact with the owner/distributor in an email review, so I am hoping that these were either isolated to my unit or if it is a common problem that they will fix those two things. I really liked the price point being less than $50, but I’m wondering if I have to jump up to the next price point to get that heat output, but also better quality of design. Only time will tell.

I wish the hose was longer and I wished it was thicker because it does bend easily. However, I just did every single piece of a jumbo size load of linen pants in less than 30 minutes. Love the metal head it actually presses while it steams. You cannot hang it on the pole because it is flimsey. What I do is throw a blanket over my bedroom door and hang the cloths there. Gives me an almost ironing board type surface. This thing knocks the wrinkles out as soon as it gets close. No going back for round two. It is wrinkle free from the jump. I watched the wrinkles just melt away. The tank is huge and holds plenty of water but designed to nest perfectly in your bathroom sink for filling. I am very happy with my purchase. Extremly happy.

This steamer stopped working within a year of everyday use. We purchased it in August 2022 and it stopped working in August 2023. Often when in use the handle would become too hot to hold and we would have to wear gloves to prevent discomfort. The steamer also took almost 2 to 3 full minutes to heat. The rod and hanger are attached to each other so it made it very difficult to hang items for steaming as the rod prevented easy access, we would often have to use another hanger, but then sometimes the wand and tubing would knock the clothing off the hook. I do not think this is for people who steam their clothing everyday like we did, but for casual users.

Works well, I just wish the tank refill cap was not on the bottom of the tank

Easy to use. Great buy. Only drawback is that you have to fill from the bottom.

Good product, not for long term use because as the steam comes out, the handle heats up and makes it difficult to hold.
