Review: Delicious and healthy! - Due to a serious medical condition, I have been adhering successfully to an anti-inflammatory diet. That rules out sugar, for one and so sweets are out of the question. And I haven't cheated at all since mid December and have lost 13 pounds. But sometimes I just MUST have something a bit sweet. I found these cookies and they have a small amount of sugar but are packed with whole grains and healthy grains. There are 12 cookies in a box, so I ration them in part due to cost but also due to my anti-inflammatory diet. I strongly recommend these cookies if you need just a little sweet from time to time.
