Works Absolutly Great!
I installed this ECOR PRO 50 in the attic of my home Office (900 ft). I liked the concept of a desiccant dehumidifier and the ease of installation. Being Just north of Houston we fight the humidity just about year round. I called their California Office to make sure it would work in Houston Texas and they said it would work. And yes indeed, It works great! In my office this morning it showed 58% humidity, so I turned it on and it brought the humidity down 8 degrees in no time.No more emptying bucks from those portable dehumidifiers I used to buy!Pros: Its quiet. Moves a lot of air. Easier to install than conventional whole house unitsWe are very happy! Hey ECOR... can you make one that will dehumidifier a 2800 ft house??

Buyer Beware - No US Support or Warranty Contacts
I bought the EDP30-Pro (stainless version) in February of 2022. It is very expensive but I needed a dehumidifier that would work well when the temps are cooler to keep an unheated trailer dry. It worked great until it stopped working in the fall of 2022. The unit was under warranty but there is no person to contact regarding warranty troubleshooting, repair, or replacement. The website, email, and phones all generate automated responses but no follow up. I could not find a registered agent to file a claim against even if I thought it would be worthwhile. Now I'm out over $1,000 for what is basically a stainless steel doorstop. BUYER BEWARE!

Installed the EcorPro50 in my 1200 sqft machine shop
I recently installed the EcorPro50 in my 1200 sq ft machine shop to mitigate a corrosion issue. Install was trivial and it is working great. My unit came painted white when all photos and specs showed the unit in unpainted stainless. I also am not too excited with the plastic mounting feet but if they break, I have the machine shop...

Am absolutely impressed with the product. Having returned two other dehumidifiers for coil freeze, this was the perfect solution.I also called to ask for details about a special server room installation and was provided with immediate help by the entire team.Good purchase.

10% + drop in RH
I winterized my boat last week. I let the dehumidifier run for about a day. Lowered the relative humidity by at least 10%. It should really help over the winter
