I have been using these since I was a teenager and I am over fifty now. They make your hair visibly softer and more manageable the day you use it, but it does not last. You have to blow-dry it in with heat for 10 min then rinse it, hair looks great, visibly less coarse and shinier that day, looks healthier, but it has to be done daily, otherwise it just goes back to normal the next day. I still love the result even if it doesn't last. Great to use on hair for a night out or a special occasion.
