The moth guards were not to bulky for my mouth. I actually use them when I am awake doing my homework when I clench my teeth. The mouth guards have helped out.

You can cut these to fit your bottom teeth, or stretch them for a super thin fit. I wasted my first 2 trying to get a decent fit, but after that easy peasy.Additional note, if you are in the process of dental work, these can also be fit to cover areas you are trying to protect.

Work as expected and molded easily!

These don't mind very easy. Went thru 3 before got one done but still not comfortable. Dentist did one also and couldn't get good fix

Cheap and do the job for grappling, don't use for striking.

These are too flimsy for easy forming to one's teeth, because they become too soft too quickly once they reach softening temperature. So, they tend to fold over along the edges very quickly which destroys them for a nice fit. It took my using of six of them to get two useful ones, even though I've been using this type of mouth guard for years. Other's I've purchased have more mass to them to start with, so are more "forgiving" if left in hot water too long, being still formable without collapsing.

I have been using this product as a night guard for weeks. I still have only used one, but it is great knowing that if I lose it; I have several others.
