It is not medicated so you should not expect it to work like medicated drops, it simply lubricates at the time of application, and keeps working until your eyes dry in the air.What I don't like about it is the new type of lid they started putting on the containers about a year ago that requires you to push down and turn in order to open. When I am needing relief for dry eyes I don't want to have to fight to get the applicator open, so I have been forced to keep reusing a lid from an old container in place of the childproof lids on the new product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lubricates the Eyes Better than TheraTears *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on October 29, 2019* I bought the Murine Eye Lubricant for my husband and myself. We both suffer from dry eyes. My husband had been using TheraTears. I decided to give the Murine product a try because of the good reviews and the price point. My husband is extremely satisfied with the Murine eye lubricant and told me it works better than TheraTears for him. I am also happy with the Murine eye lubricant.
