label printing tape was missing.
Hi there,I received label maker but the printing tape was missing with the package.

Absolutely useless product
The machine stalls constantly while printing the labels so the text is either squashed together or overlapping. I tried various different fonts and spacing and barely managed to get 2 usable labels out of 30 which the rest ended up in the trash. Absolutely useless product. The ad also said it came with the tape but there was no tape included. I gave 1 star because the machine turned on, was easy to use and the app is good, but these are useless features of the machine can’t print a decent label.

Easy to setup and pair with phone. This is a great product and a lot of fun. Very easy to print labels in various fonts and sizes and styles.

Got for labeling kids stuff and office things. Work good. Takes some playing with to get it exactly the way you need it but easy.
