I thought it was just a pretty bracelet. I bought this for my Wife as a Mother's Day present. It arrived with a bunch of thick, porous cloth-like tabs that go you soak in incense, essential oils or other smelly-goods.The defuser portion of the bracelet is of very good construction. It (appears) to be stainless steel. The wristbands however are or poor, mass produced quality but are realatively easy to replace. Which i suggest you do.
